Here’s the honest truth: we didn’t start this business to pump out hundreds of pools a year. We started it because we saw too many homeowners getting burned by companies that treat them like transaction numbers instead of neighbors.

Gordon grew up in the pool industry, learning the trade from his father. Brandon spent his entire career in construction, perfecting his craft one project at a time. When we became friends, we realized we shared the same frustration with how most pool companies operate. Too many no-shows. Too many surprise fees. Too many customers left confused about how to even turn on their own equipment.

So we did something about it. We built a company where communication isn’t an afterthought, it’s everything. Every single customer gets a direct text line to both of us, day or night. No phone trees. No waiting three days for a callback. Just two guys who care about doing right by you.

We work across Whitsett, Greensboro, and the surrounding Triangle, and honestly, we love it here. North Carolina, Charlotte to the Outer Banks summers mean our customers actually use their pools, and we’ve learned exactly what holds up in our climate and what doesn’t. We’re licensed, bonded, and insured, but what really matters is this: when the job is done, we want to shake your hand and know you’d invite us back for a barbecue.

At the end of every install, we spend about 90 minutes teaching you everything about your new pool in our Pool School class. Because a beautiful pool you don’t know how to maintain isn’t a finished job to us. We break it all down in plain English until you feel confident.
